3T Assembly Item 3D Printing
In Week 5, 3T presented their assembly item '3D Printing in 3T' where we showcased the process of making our own name tags by creating our designs on Tinkercad. As a class we took many trips to the 3D printer along the way to check out our progress. We watched the filament outline our name tags and create layers over many hours. We had to problem solve how to make our names tags thin enough, group the items together and insert the hole so that they were ready to be sliced and printed. We were very excited to share our 3D printing experience and take home our name tags. Check out the latest Publicity Team episode for the second part of our assembly item.
