Dear Parents/ Carers
Have you been looking for a safe and welcoming place to meet people and enjoy some exercise.
We have been fortunate to be given this FREE amazing opportunity within our hub and is open to everyone within the community.
This will start in term 3 and will be body weight group fitness circuit, these will be low intensity and you can do as much or as little as you want.
There is no commitments just come along and have some fun.
We look forwarding to seeing you in our school's hall.
